In my 60 years, I have had several HVAC companies and none have treated me like Baxter Comfort Solutions does. They are thorough, expert technicians that actually do something right. Many service contracts come and take readings and call it done, but not BCS. They clean, tune up, test AND take readings. They treat me like family and my search for a great company is done.

Dylan I know had to be off work by the time he arrived at my house because I was kind of a last minute “no heat”. He was so kind abs did such a great job!! Didn’t act rushed at all!! Even went out of his way to check why my daughter’s bedroom was always cold after I had already checked out and paid him and he said he opened some kind of vent in the basement. He was the best!!! Very impressed!!!!

Both Dylan & Ty were both professional, friendly and answered all my qustions without hesitation. Went above and beyond to make sure that job was completed to the best of their ability and my satisfaction. I intend to continue using your company for all my future heating and air conditioning needs due to their desire to make sure I was satisfied. Dylan forgot his Kneelind pad that will be here by the back door for him when he wants.

Orval came out on behalf of Baxter and took great care in making sure his presence did not disrupt the home. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have peace of mind that my HVAC system will be well taken care of moving forward. The only concern was that when Orval left, I was sweeping the floor and found a large amount of metal filings near the front door where his bag had been at one point. It was quite a lot that I picked up a half dollar wide and about a 1/4 thick of the filings with a magnet. I was quite shocked but know that it was not deliberate. I am not sure how they could improve this other than to empty their bag every night to give it a good shake out so that it is clean and ready the next day.

We’ve had Baxter Comfort Solutions several times. They are always extremely professional, kind, honest. They’ve been truthful with what does need and does not need to be done. Best of all, they present potential issues but are not pushy. I’ve had a few extra things and they’ve gone above and beyond when they wouldn’t necessarily have had to. These are people I feel I can truly trust and would recommend them to anyone.

He came with protection (face mask, gloves and used plastic booties when he came inside) which made me feel better as I have been doing chemo treatments.
