Put a used furnace in my shop, did a nice job of set up and getting it going.

The service person was very nice and efficient.

I called Dylan with an emergency hot water heater failure in a busy household with small children. We negotiated a price and they installed the next day. This was the smoothest purchase I have made in awhile. They said when they would be there and they were on time. I would highly recommend Baxter Comfort Solutions. They are on speed dial now for all HVAC and other mechanical needs. A job well done.

We called and within a couple hours they were here. Dylan didn’t try to start with the most expensive fix, just working up through what would get us a great working air conditioner again. Super excited to have our system checked and maintained yearly without me having to remember to set those appointments up! Win in my book!

I couldn’t ask for better service. Always polite and problems are always fixed promptly.

Was overall very impressed with John.

Orval got the job done with short notice, explained and showed me what he did.
