Orval did a terrific job today!.

Excellent

We have had great service from Baxter Comfort Solutions. Very knowledgeable technicians, prompt arrivals and quality work. Noah gave our air conditioner a tune up. He was thorough and did a great job. Thank you!

Very nice man!!

This was my first time contacting BCS and I was very pleased. I had a response to my weekend message answered by 8 Monday morning and a technician scheduled for 9. Dylan had my air conditioner up and running in short order! Everything was handled with much professionalism and courtesy from first call to friendly goodbye.

Did a fine job

Orval is exceptional! He’s respectful and courteous and does a great job.

Orval was pleasant as always. He informed me of what he found and answered additional questions I had. Very good service from the start with Karen to the end with Orval. Thanks!

My service call was for the annual air conditioner check up. The technician explained what he was looking for and how the system sounds.

Previous local HVAC company replaced a defective capacitor. Orval determined motor had been replaced and new as well as old capacitor wired incorrectly. System should not have been running, but was operating. System rewired with necessary added capacitor.

Orville is always great to work with.

Calling me and telling me every step he took to fix the problem and the cost.

Noah went above and beyond to help us out!

I love having BCS come to take care of my HVAC needs. This time it was the install of a smart thermostat and Noah was fast, helpful, and cheerful. Seems like he really enjoys his job and I appreciate that.

Noah and Baxter Comfort Solutions have been fantastic to work with. When our air conditioner died in August, they prioritized our need, replaced the entire unit (heat and air) for a great price, and even provided a check-up recently. Noah was friendly, efficient, and timely for the check-up.

If you have to have a service call, it should be as pleasant as this one.
