Dylan was very professional and considerate of my home. He called before he came as I requested. Actually pulled in the driveway right behind me.

I was told there is a specific time allocation for to a visit. I feel the service provided was exhaustive. I have to compare this event with those conducted by other companies. Testing provided in the inspection stage appeared to be mechanical electrical and fluidics. This region had just went through unusually high temperatures for a week including a national holiday. I think it's easy to assume the number of service calls would be much higher than normal. Yet, the technician made the appoint on time with a smile on his face!

We recommend Baxter Comfort Solutions for any body needing an new furnace / air unit or just needing service. A year ago we had to replace our furnace and air conditioner and we were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship then. We have since had them out for their complimentary service check ups and continue to be impressed with their knowledge and service.

Furnace didn't want to come on. Found the card for service missed the date for tune up the last few years, due to finacially unable to afford it. They gave me a discount and happy to find it not as bad to replace it.
