I was told there is a specific time allocation for to a visit. I feel the service provided was exhaustive. I have to compare this event with those conducted by other companies. Testing provided in the inspection stage appeared to be mechanical electrical and fluidics. This region had just went through unusually high temperatures for a week including a national holiday. I think it's easy to assume the number of service calls would be much higher than normal. Yet, the technician made the appoint on time with a smile on his face!

We recommend Baxter Comfort Solutions for any body needing an new furnace / air unit or just needing service. A year ago we had to replace our furnace and air conditioner and we were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship then. We have since had them out for their complimentary service check ups and continue to be impressed with their knowledge and service.
